About The Book:

Being a mom is both rewarding and challenging. There are 5 areas a mom must get organized to stay sane: mom, family, diet, homework and finances. By getting control over these 5 areas a mom can become more effective and get things done quickly so that she can have more me-time and enjoy more quality time with her family.

The strategies learned in this book will:
* Reduce mom's stress
* Give mom more time to herself
* Improve the entire family's relationship
* Help the family live a healthier lifestyle
* Identify the main causes of homework struggles
* Help mom get organized.

An indispensable book for moms, dads, grandparents, and any adult who are primary caregivers of kids and is destined to become the last word on how to help mom get organized and reduce stress.

My Review:

As a mom, I could totally relate to the author's beginning statements in the book about having too much to do and not enough hours in the day to do it all!!!! Therefore, I am always on the hunt for books and/or products that will help me out. This book is full of great ideas and methods that will help all moms. For example, making lists when needing to get things done and when grocery shopping, menu planning and having your children help out around the house. Many of the ideas in this book I already use, but it was a great reminder for me. This book also seems to designed for moms who work out of the home, however as a stay at home mom, there were many ideas that do, and will, work for me.

I highly recommend this book to all moms, as its great to learn new ideas about how to make our days the best they can be!!!

  2. One thing I do is to always have something yummy for supper when everyone is home together in the evenings. My family really likes that and that makes me feel good.
