So as of last Monday, I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, and therefore my "diet" has to change. Not significantly, since I already eat pretty healthy, however I do have to be more aware of the sugar content in things and adjust recipes and that sort of thing....so without further delay, here is my menu plan for the week!
Monday - Spaghetti and Meat Sauce
Tuesday - Roast Turkey & Fixings
Wednesday Chicken Soup and Rice
Thursday - Fish and Chips
Friday - Hamburger Noodle Soup
Saturday - Cold Dinner (Veggies, Dip, Garlic Bread)
