Me Time: Positive Day-Peaceful Night CD Review & Giveaway

As any mom knows, time to oneself is a hard thing to come by. I don't know how many times a day I wish for some "mommytime" and I have even resorted to "mommy timeouts" so I can take a quick breather! Well, I recently came across a product that will definitely moms, and anyone else for that matter, learn to make "me time".

Me Time: Positive Day - Peaceful Night is a CD by Suzanne Jessee and it incorporates Audio Cognitive Meditation Therapy. Me Time includes three tracks, two including Suzanne's soothing voice giving the listen directions in how to calm your body for a readying for your day or night, while the third track is strictly music.

Insomnia relief!!!

My Review:

I have to admit, I have never used any meditation type products before, primarily because a lot of seems to be in direct violation of the many things I believe as a Christian. As I read the included booklet about Cognitive Meditation Therapy, I came to realize how much of it is about your breathing patterns and how to relax your body. I have to be honest and say I have not used the morning track as of yet. My morning routine consists of Bible Reading, journaling and prayer to get my day started. However, I have used the night time track on a number of occassions, as well as track three which, as previously mentioned, is strictly music. These tracks are incredibly relaxing, and I feel that they would be seriously beneficial to anyone who needs "me time" as well as to those who have trouble falling asleep! I highly recommend this product.
