My Review:

I have been trying to eat and live as "green" as possible over the last three years, but find it increasingly difficult to do. Yes, there are a ton of "green" and "organic" products on the market, but I find that its almost overwhelming. Are the items that say "green" truly that, or is this the best marketing program known to man! For the most part, I believe that when a product says its all-natural or green that it is, but I did not realize that "living green" also needs to include your household items, not just food.

Reading "Clean, Green and Lean" has really opened my eyes to the everyday toxins we are exposed to. Dr. Crinnion explains to the reader about all the toxins we are exposed to daily and how to rid are bodies of these. The book is full of recipes and other ideas to get healthy. Not just lose weight, but get healthy. Its not about a diet, but a lifestyle change for the better! As with any diet/exercise program please speak with your doctor before beginning, particular when it comes to introducing or changing any medications and/or supplements (which are recommended in this book). I personally believe, as does my personal physician, that if you are eating healthy and balanced meals, you really do not need any supplements. But Crinnion does mention supplement use in his book, so follow that recommendation after speaking with your own doctor.

Clean, Green & Lean is a very easy to read and understand book that will encourage and inspire you as you journey through Crinnion's four week plan.

If you want to learn how to live clean and get lean in the process, then I highly encourage you to read this book!  I highly recommend it and give it a thumbs up!
