My Review:

I really enjoyed reading Jackie Warner's book, This Is Why You're Fat (and how to get thing forever). It gave me a lot of wonderful ideas to get out of my "get thin" journey rut and step up my weight loss/healthy living goals a notch! She gives some great ideas such as cheating on your "diet" during the weekend as long as you eat regimented during the week, only working out three times weekly (as long as you are doing RIGHT exercises) and watching the amount of sugar you eat, versus the amount of fat! She includes a wonderful set of exercises (and you need little to no equipment, which is a huge plus!) and awesome sounding recipes. If you are looking for a book that will encourage you to "eat clean" and get thin forever, than this is the book for you! I highly recommend this book and give it a huge thumbs up!

    Eating more raw vegetables or stir fry, rather than meat, mashed or fried potatoes etc.

  14. I like to drink about 8 oz. of water before each meal. Then chew each bite of food longer, putting the fork or spoon down while eating each bit. Now if I could get back to doing this, maybe I could lose this large amount of weight that I have gained. I know that all of it is not due to the large amount of steroids that I have to take.

  20. If I am not moving I am not losing! I can watch what I eat all I want but if I do not get some physical activity in there, I don't see a change in the measuring tape or scale!
