As a mom of two daughters, I know the years ahead are going to be full of hair clips, pony tails and ribbons. At least for the next several years, as my two are girly-girls, through and through. If its pink, purple or sparkly, it is a must have item:) Especially when it comes to hair accessories.
I recently was introduced to a Ribbies Clippies, creators of super cute hair clips and other fun hair accessories.
The History Of Ribbie Clippies:
Ribbies Clippies®was created in August of 2006 by sisters Kristen Creamer and Kim Marable. We were looking for cute hair accessories for our young daughters and noticed the selection hadn't changed much from when we were little. It was mostly big bows and plastic barrettes that slid out. We wanted to design something simpler, more proportionate to a baby's face. About the same time, we came across the huge selection of fun scrapbooking ribbon that was relatively new to the market and thought it was a perfect fit. We added the foam grip and the clips stayed in our daughter's hair all day.
In 2006 we were making them ourselves at the kitchen table. Now we have a manufacturer, a fulfillment center and distributors in 9 countries. We could never have predicted this sort of growth so quickly. We are just doing something we love, which we think is why Ribbies is successful.
We have expanded our line with several new products including pacifier clips, clippie cases, and selling Ribbies own custom ribbon designs by the yard. We now have over 140 ribbon selections to choose from.
A special thanks to our great husbands Chuck and Rob and our inspiring kids Nate, Gibson, Reagan, Stella and Ethan. We appreciate all of you who have helped us along the way and to all of our customers who continue to spread the word about Ribbies!
About Ribbies Clippies:
Ribbies Clippies are lightweight hair clips featuring adorable grosgrain ribbon patterns. The simple design (no clasps or magnets) makes them easy to put in. A color-coordinated foam grip keeps these ribbon clips in place in all hair types, from fine baby hair to thick curls. Choose from over 150 super cute styles!
For the perfect baby or toddler girl gift, give a Ribbies Clippies gift set. Each set includes five clippies from related color families and varied in pattern. Want to design your own custom gift set? Just send us an email to giftsets(at)ribbiesclippies.com and let us know what 5 clips you would like to include.
I was sent two pairs of Ribbies Clippies, Stella Half Dots and Bryse Dots.
I was also sent the Sunny Gift Set.
Both sets are absolutely adorable. They are easy to clip into even the finest of hair, which my daughter's both have. Also, they stay in so nicely. I happen to have a two year old who loves to get her hair done, but is always trying to take the clips and pony holders out...Ribbies Clippies she can't do that with. So happy about that! The quality of the clips is such that I know they will last a long time.
I can't believe how many wonderful patterns there are to choose from! I will definitely be purchasing more of these cute clips in the future! These clips would be perfect for birthday gifts, as well as a great idea for stocking stuffers at Christmas! I love that these clips are very affordable too, with the pair sets selling for $5.00 For that price, they would be perfect for Birthday Party Loot Bags for a Princess Theme or Dress Up Theme Party!
I highly recommend Ribbies Clippies and give them a huge thumbs up!
