My Review:

Disclaimer: As with any weight loss program, please speak with your family physician before starting this program.

This book has been a huge addition to my healthy living book collection. I love how it is easy to read and understand. Medical terminology and descriptions are used, however all are written in everyday language so you can very easily apply it to one's life. There are a lot of real life stories that will encourage and inspire you as well.

I LOVE the recipes included and have already tried a number of them including Lemony Chicken on p. 209 and Beef Stir-Fry! They were both very easy to prepare and my entire family loved them!

The book is prove that carbs can be your friend when eaten in moderation AND at the right time! There was a lot of information I already was aware of, but enough new stuff for me to learn that made this book a great read!

If you have ever been on mood altering medications, or know someone who has/is, this book is a must read. I know some people need to be on medication, and I am not advocating taking yourself off medications. However, when you include a change in diet and exercise, the results may surprise you.

I highly recommend this book and give it a huge thumbs up!
