Holiday Gift Guide Day 14: Olivia Claus Book Review and Giveaway

About The Book:

It was the night before Christmas, and Olivia discovers that her favorite stuffed monkey, Mathilda, is missing. Not only is Mathilda missing, but other favorites keep disappearing around the house too. In the true spirit of Christmas, Olivia figures out how to not only give but to give back what has been missing. Olivia Claus was adapted by Kama Einhorn, and based on the screenplay written by Pat Resnick. Olivia Claus was illustrated by Jared Osterhold

My Review

Olivia is a favorite television show in my home, especially with my four year old. She loves the adventures (and sometimes misadventures) that Olivia goes on. When the opportunity arose to review this timely holiday book, featuring Olivia, I could not pass it up.

With bright illustrations and large printing Olivia Claus is the perfect book for preschoolers and early readers. Even my two year old loved listening to me read it aloud. I am sure this book with be a family favorite for a few more Christmas' to come.

I highly recommend Olivia Claus and give it a huge thumbs up.

  1. FEELINGS would be another great book for the grandkids. It's about animals showing their feelings.

  6. I would love to read The True Gift by Patricia MacLachlan with my grandson. There is a possibility that he will be coming to see me after Christmas, but I will still love the chance to sit down and read with him.

  21. I love to read and I try every day to read to my daughter and share my love of books/reading with her. This would be a wonderful addition to her small collection, plus it would be wonderful to get her a holiday book! There are so many fantastic books to choose from but I like Little Quack's Bath Book the most...my baby loves duckies!!
