With everyone living in a go-go society and not taking time for yourself, it was a welcome relieve to read Flourish: Discover the Daily Joy of Abundant, vibrant Living by Catherine Hart Weber. With a combination of scripture and pyschology, Weber implores the reader to really take time for oneself, get to know God on a personal level and live your life outloud as an example of His love. I love that each chapter contains many practical tips and ends with reflection questions that can be used individually or in a group setting. As I read this book really quickly for the sake of review, I will be going through the book more deeply in the near future.
I highly recommend this book and give it a huge thumbs up.
