My Review:

I have only been a mom for a few years (almost five) but the amount of resources out there to guide new parents can be overwhelming. Be it books, videos, advice from family, friends and the medical world can be enough to make a mom run for the hills. And its seems that with everyone having differing opinions, we moms can sometimes forget to listen to our own selves when it comes to our children and our parenting.

That is where Jean Blackmer comes in. Throughout this phenomonal book, Blackmer will remind the reader that we really must put aside all the other opinon's and listen to our own intuition. With personal stories, testimonies from mom's of all walks of life, and wonderful questions for personal and/or group reflection, you will be encouraged to be the mom God always knew you could (and can) be. This mom thing is a journey and I am so glad to have such a wonderful resource to reference. A great gift idea for any new mom, and even for those who have been on the journey for a while. My book is marked up and I have been newly inspired!

I highly recommend this book and give it a huge thumbs up.
