A Celebration Of The Simple Life: A Book Review

About The Book:

Celebrate the beauty of simple living and experience new appreciation for a slower-paced, more enjoyable life. Featuring the original poetry of Wanda E. Brunstetter, bestselling author of Amish fiction, and paired with dozens of devotional readings, this unique package will bring delight and warmth to your spirit.

About The Author:

Award-winning, bestselling author, Wanda E. Brunstetter became fascinated with the Amish way of life when she first visited her husband's Mennonite relatives living in Pennsylvania. Wanda and her husband, Richard, live in Washington State but take every opportunity to visit Amish settlements throughout the States, where they have several Amish friends.

My Review:

This is a stunning, beautifully illustrated, hardcover book of 96 pages and draws you into the Amish lifestyle from page one. The poetry is simple, yet impacting and allows you to slow down and see the simple things in life more often. Something we all could use. This book can be used for daily devotions, as a coffee table book, and as a fantastic gift for anyone you know interested in the Amish life.

A book that I highly recommend and give a huge thumbs up.
