Merry Mailbox: A Review and GIVEAWAY!

Writing letters to Santa has been a tradition done by children throughout the world for many years! I know I did it when I was a child, and love seeing the joy in my children's eyes when they talk about what they would like for Christmas from Santa. Not only have they been checking out the Sears Wish Book and other flyer's for ideas but we have also written our letter and mailed it.

Recently, I had the opportunity to work with Marissa of Merry Mailbox, and super cute Etsy shop, which specializes in personalized letters from Santa.

About Merry Mailbox and Marissa:

My favorite part of the day is retrieving the mail. I love the sound of the "thud" in the mailbox, and running to see what paper treasures the day will bring. It's usually just bills and flyers, but sometimes I get a personal letter or a package - a true treasure that brings a smile to my face. My wish is to make your mailbox a little more interesting, and hopefully make your days merry all year long.

You can check out all of Marissa's products on her blog, and Etsy shop.

About The Religious Letter From Santa:

Celebrate the true meaning of Christmas with a religious personalized letter from Santa Claus! These letters focus on the birth of Jesus Christ and the love that He has for us. Each one is unique and written especially for the recipient. Included with the letter is one fun surprise such as a bookmark, stickers, or temporary tattoo. These are especially great for children! Envelopes are decorated with a rubber stamped North Pole postmark, then placed in an outer envelope for delivery. Letterhead and envelope design may vary for each letter.

Please order by December 10th. We will need some information from the sender. You can either leave the following information in the notes section upon checkout, or we will contact you for it:

1. Name of person ordering the letter
2. Address of person ordering the letter
3. Phone and email (in case of question)
4. First and last name of recipient, gender and age
5. Recipient's address
6. The letters will be put in a decorated envelope with the recipients name, and then placed in a plain outer envelope for delivery. Please specify the address and the name of the person you'd like the OUTER envelope to be addressed to (usually a parent or guardian)
7. What does the recipient call you (Mommy, Daddy etc.)
8.. Do you want to be mentioned in the letter?
9. Awards/accomplishments this year
10. Favorite toy/activity
11. Chores regularly performed

My Review:

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to partner with Merry Mailbox and as I checked out her lovely Etsy shop I was super excited to find out she offers a Religious Letter To Santa.  She also offers a regular personalized letter, as well as a Baby's 1st Christmas letter.

As a Christian family, I chose to review the Religious letter and was very happy with it. Not only does Santa praise your child for being a great help around the house (mentioning specific chore you list in your order), but he also talks about how Christmas is about the birth of Jesus. A perfect way to combine two traditions of Christmas in a fun and inviting manner. My girls were super excited as I read them the letter, and could not believe how much Santa knew about them:) It was a great memory to make with them this holiday season for sure.

If you are looking for a fun Christmas tradition, look no further than Merry Mailbox!

I highly recommend this product and give it a huge thumbs up!
