My Review:

The Swiss Courier was one of my favorite books to read last year, so when I had the opportunity to read Tricia Goyer's most recent release, Chasing Mona Lisa, I was not going to pass it up.

Chasing Mona Lisa will draw you into the world of World War II in occupied France and you will not want to put this fast-paced, action-packed book down. Seriously, with each page turned, I found myself drawn to the world of Nazi occupation, Communism, The Third Reich and I read with anticipation to see how things would work for Gabi (a character introduced in The Swiss Courier).

The writing collaboration between Goyer and Yorkey was absolutely fantastic, with smooth transitions, amazing descriptions of war time France, and stunning historical facts regarding Nazi, World War II and more. I loved all the information I learned regarding not only the War itself, but also about France and the Mona Lisa. I loved Chasing Mona Lisa even more than The Swiss Courier, and feel this book would be a super one to adapt for the big screen! This is the perfect book for those who enjoy war stories, intrigue, spy novels and historical fiction.

I am excited to share with you that Tricia Goyer has two books coming out soon; By The Light of the Silvery Moon (March 2012) and Beyond Hope's Valley (April 2012) and I will definitely be reading them!

I highly recommend this book and give it a huge thumbs up.
