Over the last few years I have been trying to find a new way of eating that will help to regulate my Type 2 Diabetes, trying to limit complex carbs, while taking in enough protein, dairy, fruits and veggies to maintain good health. I had previously heard of the Mediterranean Diet but did not really know the in`s and out`s of it. Until now.
