Women need Bible study to keep balanced, focused and Christ-centered in their busy worlds. However, many find it difficult to set aside the time and discipline needed for an in-depth study. The Discover Together studies offer tiered questions to allow readers to choose a depth of study that fits with their individual lifestyles or schedules, even if they vary by the week, month or season

I recently had the opportunity to review Sue Edwards' Discover Together Revelation, and was definitely on board when approached to review her Discovery Together Ephesians!
Ephesians is one of my favorite books of The Bible, and so any chance I get to dig deep through it, I take. And with Edwards' study, I am so glad I did. It follows a similar format as the Revelation study does. This makes it easy to jump right in, since I was already familiar with the format. Each day you are drawn into Paul's world and learn what it truly is to be "in Christ". These two words have been something I have been studying a lot in recent months. This particular study has been a wonderful compliment as I have read Mark Driscoll's recent release, Who Do You Think You Are and listened to the accompanying sermon series online. It's been great to learn similar things but also new things from both a male and female perspective.
My favorite lesson thus far has been session six: Tripping over Your Tongue - Talk Your Walk. It was convicting, encouraging and has been a wonderful reminder of the power of words and our mouths! I have absolutely LOVED the QR Codes that are included within each lesson, allowing for additional study resources with Sue Edwards. She is a gifted teacher of God's Word and I look forward to studying more of God's word through her other studies (Psalms, Proverbs, Luke and 1 Peter, as well as Revelation).
If you are looking for a great study on the book of Ephesians for you to study personally, with your spouse, friends or in a small group setting, then this would be a fantastic one to use!
I highly recommend this book and give it a huge thumbs up!
