My Review:
One thing that I enjoy about Amish Fiction is it's ability to take us to a culture and life that many of us are not familiar with, yet desire. It is about simplicity and community, something many of us don't have because in today's society it's all about go, go, go and don't get close to people for fear of rejection. The simplicity found in the Amish lifestyle is something that has taught me ways to be simple despite all going on in my life.
Forever Amish was a truly heartwarming book about family, love and forgiveness. It is engaging from the very first pages, and while it is the third book in Legacy of Lancaster trilogy, it does well as a stand-alone novel. I felt that the characters continued to be well-developed and loved all the interactions throughout the book. A lovely pick for your summer reading list to be sure.
I highly recommend this book and give it a huge thumbs up!
