Nowhere To Turn: A Book Review

About The Book:

She thought her days of hiding were over . . . but the danger has just begun
The day Danielle Harding takes her eleven-year-old son and flees from her abusive husband is the same day Kurt Harding dies. A relieved Dani believes she and her son are finally safe--but in reality, things are just heating up. When Kurt was alive, he took something important from a mysterious individual--who wants the item back and believes Dani now has it. As she and her son run for their lives, they have nowhere to turn, until she hires Adam Buchanan of Operation Refuge and goes into hiding. Unfortunately, she won't be able to hide for long . . .

From the first breathless scene, this tension-laced story will hold you in its iron grip as bestselling author Lynette Eason propels you along in a race to discover the truth.

My Review:

Lynette Eason is at the top of my list of favorite Christian suspense/mystery fiction, along side Dee Henderson and Terri Blackstock. I have loved Christian suspense for many years, and have eagerly anticipated Eason's most recent release, Nowhere To Turn. It is book two in the Hidden Identity series. While a part of a series, it does well as a stand alone novel as well.

This book is full of many twists and turns, a little bit of romance and will have you up late into the night reading (well, two late nights for me, but so worth it). The characters from the first book continue to intrigue me, and are wonderfully developed, and it was great to see a few new faces thrown into this second book. The story lines were great too, making the book a fast paced read, this book will have you guessing right until the very end and I cannot wait to see what is next for author Lynette Eason. Book Three of the series comes out in 2015. In the mean time, I may have to get my fix by reading other's of her books I haven't yet (which is not too many).

I highly recommend this book and give it a huge thumbs up!
