If you are in the ages of 60 and 70, and on the path to retirement, but at a cross roads of what to do next in life, this is a great book for you. While I am not in this age bracket for the book to be applicable it is one that I would offer to those in my life for whom it would work. The book was very well organized and it was a great read about development that occurs later in life. I trust it is one that I will reference later in life to be sure.
I highly recommend this book and give it a huge thumbs up!
