My Review:

This was a very good read for all who are dealing with conflict in their life, whether in work or personally. It will teach you techniques to work through all types of conflict and how to move on from conflict to peace, but most importantly it teaches how important forgiveness is as part of the process of overcoming conflict. The book is very well-written and flows nicely, is very organized and was very easy to read and understand. A perfect book for all personal library's. It includes both practical and biblcial advice, meeting the needs of all who read this book. A great addition is the conflict assessment that is on the author's website, it was very eye opening to me and how I handle conflict.

I highly recommend this book and give it a huge thumbs up.
