Within the last decade there have been countless books and a number of Hollywood movies about the topic of the afterlife and Heaven in particular. Some of them have been very good reads and views, some not so much. But in general, many of them have made the topic of the afterlife a round table discussion and just as confusing as always.
Recently, author and pastor, Chip Ingram, released his newest book, The Real Heaven and does a remarkable job at discussing the topic of Heaven. It is an easy to read and comprehend book, and strong theologically as well.I particularly enjoyed how much detailed study he does with the book of Revelation, a book that I often have trouble understanding. He made learning about this detailed book of the Bible easier and I for one appreciated that. In particular he did a well job at examining the New Heaven and New Earth. Very well done.
I HIGHLY recommend this book and give it a huge thumbs up!
