My Review:
The new and updated NKJV Women's Study Bible is an absolutely stunning Bible. I was given a choice to what kind of cover I wanted to review (choices were hardcover, leather or clothbound) and I chose the leather. The first thing I noticed was the adorable full color box that the Bible comes in. It was very spring like with a floral pattern to it. Once I opened the box I immediately was drawn in by the unmistakable smell of fresh leather. There is something astonishing about opening a brand new Bible. It is crisp, soft to the touch and included a lovely satin ribbon marker. Each book includes some wonderful study tools like Bible introductions, with themes, outlines, maps and also includes many encouraging quotes throughout the entire Bible. The NKJV translation is a lovely way to read the original translation of the Holy Bible in easy to read and understand English, as compared to the originaI. I loved that all the charts and extras are in full color and also have a great index making it easy to find exactly what you are looking for. The study notes are extensive, allowing the owner of such a remarkable Bible to do a plethora of studying without having to use a lot of tools and extra books. This would be a beautiful gift for birthdays, baptisms, Mother's Day or even a special wedding anniversary for any special woman in your life.
I highly recommend this Bible and give it a huge thumbs up!
